We strongly recommend double-checking your basket before completing the purchase so that similar issues do not occur. But we understand that this problem may happen, if so:
I haven’t claimed the key yet: If you have purchased the same product twice and you haven’t claimed the keys yet, in the NEO account details (account creation is required) you have the option to review what you purchased and return the product within 24h. After you return the unwanted product, the refund will be processed.
