When I try to activate my key I receive an error message, what should I do? Why did I get a link instead of a key? Where can I check if the key can be activated in my country? Will this game work on my computer? How to activate the game?

I bought the same product twice, may I return one?

We strongly recommend double-checking your basket before completing the purchase so that similar issues do not occur. But we understand that this problem may happen, if so:


I haven’t claimed the key yet: If you have purchased the same product twice and you haven’t claimed the keys yet, in the NEO account details (account creation is required) you have the option to review what you purchased and return the product within 24h. After you return the unwanted product, the refund will be processed.
