Xbox Game Account Activation Guide

To install a game on your Xbox consoles follow these steps:
Profile & System:
- Press the X button on your controller.
- Navigate to the "Profile & System" tab on the far right.
Add New Account:
- Select "Add or switch".
- Click "Add new" at the bottom left.
- Enter the email and password received from NEO, being careful not to confuse uppercase "I" with lowercase "l".
Security Code:
- If prompted for a security code (because it's a new device), enter the code and confirm.
Account Setup:
- Click "Next".
- Select "No thanks" when prompted.
- Click "Next" again.
- Choose "No barriers".
- On the "Link controller" screen, select "Skip this".
- Click "No thanks".
Game Library:
- Go to "My games & apps" on the added account's home screen.
- Navigate to "Full library" and select "All owned games".
- Find the game you purchased and select "Install all".
Home Xbox Setting:
- Press the X button (home) on your controller.
- Go to "Settings".
- Navigate to "General" and select "Personalization".
- Go to "My home Xbox" and ensure the option "Make this my home Xbox" is checked.
Switch Account:
- Press the X button (home) on your controller.
- Navigate to "Profile & System" and select "Add or switch".
- Switch back to your own account to play the game.
Important Notes:
- Password Changes: Changing the password on the provided account is not possible.
- Home Xbox Activation: You cannot activate the account as Home Xbox on more than one console. Attempting to do so will lock the game on the first console.
- Purchases: Do not make any purchases on the received account, as any replacements will not cover your new purchases.
- Please play from your original account to save your progress.
