To cancel an order, contact [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number received by email, or you can find it on your user dashboard if you have signed in and the email used at checkout.

Cancellation may be possible if the digital product has not yet been delivered. Once a usable code, key, credential, or activation information has been sent to your order email address, cancellation may no longer be available. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unusable, or not as described
